All services are subject to project agreements, availability, and mutual understanding between Nord Crest and the client.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate project requirements and information
Submit necessary content, credentials, and materials on time
Maintain professional communication
Approve project stages within reasonable timeframes
Make payments according to agreed terms
Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of communication may affect project timelines.
Project pricing is agreed upon before work begins
Advance payments may be required for project initiation
Remaining payments must be cleared according to agreed milestones
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing
Nord Crest reserves the right to modify pricing for future services at any time.
Project timelines are estimated based on project scope and complexity. Nord Crest will make every effort to deliver projects within agreed deadlines; however, delays caused by third-party services, client revisions, or unforeseen technical issues may affect delivery schedules.
Reasonable revisions may be provided depending on the project agreement. Additional revisions or major scope changes beyond the original requirements may result in additional charges.
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final approved project deliverables unless otherwise specified.
Nord Crest reserves the right to:
Showcase completed projects in portfolios
Use project samples for promotional purposes
Retain ownership of pre-developed tools, frameworks, or proprietary systems
Some services may involve third-party platforms or tools including hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, or marketing platforms. Nord Crest is not responsible for issues, policy changes, outages, or limitations caused by third-party services.
Clients are responsible for renewing domains, hosting plans, and related subscriptions unless managed directly by Nord Crest under a maintenance agreement.
Nord Crest is not liable for losses caused by expired domains, hosting suspensions, or third-party server failures.
Technical support services are provided according to the selected service package or agreement. Emergency support availability may vary depending on issue severity and support plans.
Nord Crest respects client confidentiality and takes reasonable measures to protect sensitive business information. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior consent unless required by law.
Nord Crest shall not be held liable for:
Business losses or revenue loss
Data loss caused by third-party failures
Delays caused by external services
Security breaches outside our direct control
Indirect or consequential damages
Clients are encouraged to maintain backups and security measures for their digital assets.
Nord Crest reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Clients violate these terms
Payments remain unpaid
Abusive or unethical behavior occurs
Services are used for illegal activities
Clients may also terminate services through written notice subject to outstanding payment obligations.
Nord Crest may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to applicable local and international laws where relevant.
